“Stephen Lerch has been named chief financial officer for MedeAnalytics, Emeryville, Calif., a provider of financial and clinical reporting services for hospitals and payers.

“Lerch, whose age was unavailable at deadline, previously served as chief revenue officer for Kowabunga, a provider of marketing and technology services for online advertising, according to a news release. Before that, he held executive positions for software developer Workstream and Rewards Network, a credit-card based marketing company, the release stated.”
