Our goal is to provide our clients with superior client service. To request technical support, please complete the support case below, or contact your MedeAnalytics Account Leader.
For some issues, a simple fix can correct the problem. If you are experiencing problems with the MedeAnalytics application, we suggest trying the following steps:
1) Delete temporary Internet files associated with your Web browser.
- From Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, select Internet Options and then select the General tab.
- In the Temporary Internet Files section, select Delete Cookies and then select Delete Files.
2) Close your Internet Explorer browser.
3) Open a new Internet Explorer browser.

Open a Client Support Case
Use the Client Communication Console to open a case with MedeAnalytics. You will immediately receive an automated email response with your Case Number. Please reference this case number in all MedeAnalytics communications regarding this issue.
